Our Agfa computer-to-plate system is state-of-the-art in the print industry. It creates our digital plates with exceptional imaging and rock-solid reliability. This piece of equipment has streamlined our operations and has allowed us to handle more of the most demanding print jobs.

On-press

Our HP Indigo 5000 digital press is the leading digital press in the industry. It can handle up to 7-color printing with 4,000 4-color A4 images per hour (two-up); 8,000 2-color or single-color A4 images per hour (two-up). For affordable, quick turn, short run projects our Indigo 5000 is the cost effective in the business. Our Heidelberg presses are the leading printing presses in the industry. We routinely print more than 25 million impressions per year with these presses.

Heidelberg SpeedMaster 2-Color SM74
This exceptional machine is well worth the investment. The SpeedMaster, with its integrated electronic control system and Heidelberg engineering, is responsible for producing high quality, large format products efficiently.
Heidelberg SpeedMaster 6-Color SM74
Automatic digital inking and register controller helps maintain a 20-roller ink train with continuously rotating ink fountain roller as well as Heidelberg Alcolor Vario dampening and in-line coating. The result is the highest possible print quality, consistently maintained throughout the run. And afterwards, the program-controlled automatic wash-up and pre-setting functions speeds job changeover. All of these features are reinforced by the well-earned Heidelberg reputation for mechanical reliability and longevity.
Heidelberg QuickMaster
Don't let the size fool you... This press lives up to the Heidelberg tradition of quality. We find the QuickMaster ideal for those smaller jobs requiring immediate turn-around and high quality. Whether it's letterhead, envelopes, or business cards... This press will get the job done quickly and efficiently.
Heidelberg GTO 4-Color
For fast, efficient, high quality four-color process and multiple color jobs, the GTO is the answer. We work this machine hard and it continues to deliver beautiful products.

Distribution

Whether you're across town or across the world, Mollet Printing can deliver your print project on-time. We use Fed Ex, UPS, and US Postal Service as our shipping partner for non-local distribution and our own or local shipping companies for across town deliveries.
