Mollet Printing Introduces Print-on-Demand Digital Printing Services
Mollet printing is proud to announce its arrival into the short run, full color digital print market. With the purchase of a new HP Indigo 5000 press, Mollet Printing is now able to offer customers short and long run personalized and variable data color print, as well as proofs and products for market testing. The new six-color press will allow commercial brochures, data sheets, and high quality catalogs to be printed digitally “on-demand”, reducing turnaround times, printing costs, and waste.
"There was a demand from existing customers for digital color work and instead of outsourcing this it made sense to keep it in-house and develop our own digital services," said David Mollet, President of Mollet Printing. "Our new HP Indigo 5000 digital press compliments our existing offset printing capabilities by providing an in-house solution for short run print jobs requiring a quick turnaround time at an affordable price. This acquisition adds high value digital printing services to our existing offset press business which in turn adds value to our customers business.”

Environmentally Friendly Printing
In holding with our environmental commitment, our new HP Indigo press is expected to reduce the amount of paper used per job by 20 percent. The fast turnaround times and cost-effective production of the HP Indigo press is also expected to help reduce landfill waste, CO2 emissions, and alcohol emissions. And because the press technology uses no printing plates, there is no waste or recycle necessary.
